NEN 4400-1 and VCU Certified, and NBBU Member
Mr James Offshore Staffing Netherlands believes that doing business starts with having the necessary certifications. Being a certified agency allows us to secure various processes; it helps reduce risks to a minimum and prevents having to pay the corresponding costly fines. Although it is widely known that doing business with a certified staffing agency is the safest bet, many parties choose to do otherwise and thus accept the potentially damaging consequences.
Continuous Development
Since the introduction of Mr James in June 2015, we have secured our position in the offshore staffing market by continuously developing our products and services. Member of the NBBU
Mr James is a member of the NBBU, an employers’ organisation which only accepts the highest quality standards. Its collective labour agreement offers both flexibility and security, and acts in concert with the Sociaal Akkoord and the latest Wet, Werk en Zekerheid. Staffing agencies associated with the NBBU also have the SNA-hallmark – which appear in a public register – and therefore meet all the necessary financial and administrative criteria.
NEN 4400-1 Certified
Next to that, Mr James is NEN 4400-1 certified. The NEN norm encompasses requirements for testing and assessing staffing agencies. The objective of the NEN 4400-1 norm is reducing various risks like the incorrect handling of income tax and VAT, and making use of illegal staff.
VCU Certified
Ensuring health and safety is another core value of Mr James. That is why we are VCU certified. Authorised agencies like DNV-GL carry out periodic tests in line with the criteria described in the VCU check list. We aim to protect the health, safety and environment of our staff and any society in which we operate. It is our responsibility to successfully place our staff and make clear arrangements with our clients, in order to respect the safety measures.
